There are millions of uninsured and financially-struggling patients — including children — in America who are eligible for health care coverage through Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). The Partnership for Prescription Assistance® is raising awareness of these programs to ensure that patients get access to the coverage they need to live longer, healthier and more productive lives. 

Find Medicaid and CHIP Programs

Every state has their own Medicaid and CHIP programs, and eligibility rules differ from state to state. To find out if you or a loved one is eligible for coverage under Medicaid or CHIP:

  1. Select your state from the drop down menu and click Go.
  2. Click on a program name for additional program information and application details.
  3. For most programs, you can complete a short application and send it through the mail. Remember that applications should not be mailed to the PPA.
